What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of our offices, warehouses, and facilities across Australia.
• Lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure WHS compliance across all sites.
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance providers, and key facility services.
• Deliver workplace improvement projects, including office upgrades and site enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams while ensuring our workplaces remain safe, efficient, and professional.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
