Job Description
What You'll Do
Manage the day-to-day operation of our offices, warehouses, and facilities across Australia.
Lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure WHS compliance across all sites.
Coordinate contractors, maintenance providers, and key facility services.
Deliver workplace improvement projects, including office upgrades and site enhancements.
Build strong relationships with internal teams while ensuring our workplaces remain safe, efficient, and professional.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
